Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before placing an order.
Effective date: June 2026
1. Who We Are
These terms govern your use of the online ordering service operated by Bianca's Pots & Pans, a sole trader based in Pueblo Nuevo de Guadiaro, 11360 San Roque, Cádiz, Spain (the 'Business', 'we', 'us'). You can contact us at lucsoft.sl@gmail.com or by phone at 604 40 93 20.
2. Orders and Availability
All orders placed through this website are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at any time, in which case we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.
Because our products are freshly baked to order, availability depends on our baking schedule. We will confirm the estimated delivery or pickup date when your order is accepted.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time; the price shown at the time of ordering is the price you will be charged.
We accept payment by Bizum, bank transfer, or cash. Payment must be completed before your order is prepared unless otherwise agreed. Bank transfer payments must reference your order number.
4. Delivery and Pickup
We offer home delivery within our service area, subject to a delivery fee calculated based on distance. Orders above a minimum value may qualify for free delivery, as shown at checkout.
Alternatively, you may collect your order from our address at no extra charge. We will notify you when your order is ready.
We will make every effort to fulfil orders on the agreed date, but we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Because our products are made to order and are perishable, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled baking date. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.
If a product is defective or does not meet the description, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Allergens
Our products are made in a domestic kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before placing an order so we can advise accordingly.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of this service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the value of the order in question.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on this page. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Campo de Gibraltar district, Spain.
